The Observer

Original Surreal Gothic Painting She watches. They watch. Nothing goes unseen. The Observer is an original surreal painting exploring perception, curiosity and the strange feeling that something is always watching from just beyond what we can see. The artwork spills beyond the canvas and directly onto the ornate gold frame, blurring the boundary between the painting and the world around it. Dripping colour and creeping details make the frame part of the story rather than simply something surrounding it. Hand painted by me, Shy Shaerie Art, this one-of-a-kind piece combines surrealism, gothic beauty and dark fairytale imagery.
